Privacy Policy
I acknowledge that in order to carry out events, my personal data will be processed and stored by the state agency e-mobil BW GmbH (organizer) (e.g. creation of my name badge, information about the event by e-mail and telephone, invitations to events of e-mobil BW GmbH). This also includes the processing, use and storage of my data by a service provider and/or digital service (e.g. Webex or Microsoft Teams) commissioned by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of holding the event. This processing is based on my voluntary consent (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO). For more information, please see the e-mobil BW privacy policy.
Data protection notice and information on image, film and sound recordings
We point out that at events (digital or on site) a service provider contracted by e-mobil BW GmbH (e.g. photographer, film team) and / or employees take photos, are filming or recording for the purpose of documentation, press and public relations and for publication in various media (e.g. websites, radio, television, print, social media, etc.). Publication without restriction in terms of time and space is carried out by e-mobil BW GmbH and its cooperation partners (e.g. state ministries) due to legitimate interests in the context of press and public relations work. You can revoke the processing, use and storage of your data at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 21 Paragraph 1 GDPR. You can inform the service provider (e.g. photographer, film team) or the moderator (for digital events) directly at the event.
